Brighton & Hove Albion manager Graham Potter has expressed his delight after Aaron Mooy signed a permanent deal with the club. The Australia international initially joined the Seagulls on a temporary basis from Huddersfield Town last summer and his performances over the past six months have been rewarded with a permanent move to the AMEX Stadium.
The South Coast paid a fee of around £5m to land Mooy’s signature and he has now penned a three-and-a-half year deal with the club. Speaking to the club’s official website, Potter was pleased with the agreement reached with the Terriers for Mooy, who has become an influential player for the club as the season has progressed.
